1. Identify the argument of my topic's thesis. Flair bartenders get paid more then standard bartenders
2. Why do I want to research this topic for my Project? I want to refine the skills needed to become a more skilled standard and a flair bartender
3. Why do I want to do this Project? I want to do this project to teach people the steps and some of the skill required of a bartedner.
4. Who should be involved in negotiating the problem/issue? I should be involved in solving any issue
5. What action should be taken to resolve this problem/issue? completing research and working with a topic expert should help resolve and problems or issues

A larger class this would fall into would be law beucase there are many laws you have to follow. This could cause people to get hurt and hurt others.
